Laura manages our home, Phoenix Court, with its myriad guests and events, supporting our team, portfolio, neighbourhood, and broader ecosystem.
People are always knocking on our door, and asking what we do. I always answer their questions and offer them a tour. We’re open to visitors, and love people from the neighbourhood popping in to find out more.
Born, raised and still living in Somers Town, Laura previously worked locally as a nursery nurse, and as a receptionist at Women at the Well, a non-profit organisation supporting women whose lives are impacted by prostitution.
Laura works closely with organisations in the neighbourhood to build and strengthen key relationships. She focuses on developing partnerships with these organisations through Phoenix Court Works to understand their needs and organisational goals. She especially enjoys working with, and getting to know, organisations that support children in education and extracurricular activities which they would otherwise find difficult to access.
