Ambi provides post-investment assistance for our founders, including working with organizations we support through the Phoenix Court Works foundation.
She brings considerable experience of working with entrepreneurs to help them develop their networks and skills.
I’m really excited by the opportunity to work for an organization that helps people fulfill their personal potential, while also making a positive contribution to society.
Ambi developed her expertise over 10 years of designing and delivering accelerator and incubator programmes, including leading the Entrepreneurs Hub at the Design Museum in London. That project, which took designers through a 12-week, full-time entrepreneurial learning experience, was the very first dedicated business accelerator programme run by a cultural institution in Europe.
I really love working with unlikely founders - those with atypical backgrounds, who are putting their all into solving a problem they have fallen in love with.
Before that, Ambi began her career demystifying business for creatives as Chief of Staff at Creative Entrepreneurs, the UK’s first membership organization for entrepreneurs in the creative industries. Ambi also worked with underrepresented founders, as Community Programme Manager at Foundervine.
Ambi has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick, and an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology from the LSE. She is a Camden native and is excited to be working in, and giving back to, the community where she grew up and where she is raising her own family.
