A former global COO, Pam is an experienced exec coach and mentor who works with founders and leaders on scaling, people and culture, and an angel investor in early stage tech companies. She has twice led teams from the early stage through to international scale and IPO or M&A, working in both B2B and B2C subscriptions and marketplace businesses, in the digital entertainment and fintech sectors.
Pam’s career in tech began at video-on-demand startup Redbus Group, where she was Assistant Producer. She went on to join Lovefilm as its first hire, later becoming Head of European Marketing Operations during and after its acquisition by Amazon.
She then joined Funding Circle as COO, where she led operations as the fintech unicorn scaled from 20 people to over 1,000 across four geographies, through its IPO and beyond.
