Stephanie Leung

Stephanie has more than 20 years of hands-on experience scaling up global businesses in marketplaces, supply chain and technology across Asia, the US and Europe.

She is also Co-founder and CEO of KareHero Group, an advisory and funding platform on a mission to help working adults care for their elderly parents.

Prior to this, she held various executive leadership roles in startups and tech led businesses, most notably as part of the EMEA leadership team of Uber, running daily operations for 20 countries, managing Uber Rides, onboarding Uber Eats couriers, launching Jump bikes, and scaling up the safety, risk and compliance function. She was part of the leadership team which succeeded in regaining Uber’s TFL license in the UK in 2020. Outside of her main role, she was also DEI Co-Chair and head of EMEA for Women@Uber.

Stephanie began her career at Goldman Sachs and then as Chief Projects Officer of global strategy firm Monitor Group, before joining the world’s largest food supply chain company, HAVI Group. There she held various roles including CEO of Greater China, and as global board member overseeing 40 countries as Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer.

A graduate from Harvard and Cambridge, Stephanie is an active angel investor, mentor for Google Startups, and speaks six languages.
