Amy is Partner, Marketing, Brand and Communications at Phoenix Court Group, with 17 years of experience leading high-impact strategic communications for startups, scaleups and global teams.
She was most recently Director of Communications at e-bike brand Cowboy, where she led corporate and consumer PR, product launches and crisis comms. Prior to that, she led EMEA comms at Bird and helped hundreds of early-stage startups at Founders Factory tell their story.
Amy has a track record of shaping narratives that drive outcomes, backed by deep media relationships and a clear, founder-first approach. She’s passionate about amplifying visionary companies and building brands for long-term impact.
Outside of work, she’s usually watching (or attempting) any sport, running or cycling around East London, or talking to anyone who’ll listen about her beloved Nottingham Forest.
